Peschio

A red wine that expertly guides the palate

Peschio

The ‘Peschiu’ is a large stone found along the road at Donato Giangirolami’s hometown, visible from the village, used as a reference point for orientation. This organic red wine has subtly spicy notes of vanilla and black pepper, with a slight hint of chocolate. Its palate structure is solid, salty, and balanced, while its aromatic taste is strong and enduring. It undergoes 36 months of ageing in 10hl oak barrels.
