Lepino

A wine with an ancient character

Lepino

Lepino is a fruity wine with an intense dark ruby red colour. Its dominant aromas evoke notes of sour cherry, plum, blackberry, and blueberry. After twelve months of ageing in barrels, the wine acquires pleasant hints of vanilla, tobacco, chocolate, and licorice. The full body of this wine pairs perfectly with game dishes, succulent meats, and structured dishes. It is named after the mountains that protect the Nero Buono vineyards, an ancient berry of unknown origin.
