With its bright pink colour, it has an intense bouquet of strawberries and cherries, accompanied by spicy and floral notes. It’s savoury and tangy on the palate, with a clean and persistent finish. Perfect for summer and highly versatile, it pairs well with seafood, white meats, fresh cheeses, and grilled vegetables. Rosì is a tribute to our beloved little dog Rosina.
